Community Response Team
The Community Response team collaborates with community partners to form the CORE Program.
The CORE program reduces emergency service calls, hospital admissions, and jail bookings by proactively intervening with individuals experiencing (or at risk of) homelessness, addiction, or mental health crisis to prevent future issues and avoid them becoming high-frequency utilizers of community resources.

Community Resource Specialists
