Transportation Services
Motor Vehicle Operation (MVO) is committed to assisting all our relatives in reaching their destinations. Transportation services are limited to OHC appointments and referrals scheduled by Oyate Health Center providers.
All Patient Service Representatives (PSR) & Clinical Team Support Assistants (CTSA) can schedule rides. However, please note that this service may occasionally be subject to limitations.
All Relatives are encouraged to call at least 48 hours in advance or as soon as their appointment is scheduled.
For appointments to facilities away from OHC, you need a PRC referral on file. If you are unsure, please call the PRC department at 605-355-2419.
Hours Of Operation
- Monday – Friday
- 7 am – 7 pm
- First pick-up time: 7:30 am
- Last ride from OHC will be: 6:00 pm
*Departures from OHC to home happen daily, Monday – Friday.
